Referrals are NOT accepted for casual, unskilled, vacation, or graduate positions. All referrals will be reviewed by the recruitment team. If your referred candidate is successful, referral payment will be made once the referred candidate has successfully completed their probation period. The cash referral payment will be deposited directly into your nominated bank account. A referral of a candidate does not guarantee employment or progression through the MACA recruitment process.
