The scope of works involved three distinct circuits across a 2.5km works site.
The first being the crushing circuit which includes a two-stage crushing circuit with high-pressure grinding rolls and agglomeration.
After crushing and agglomeration the material is transferred by an over land conveyor to the tripper car that diverts the materials to mobile stackers and to the traverse then telescopic stacking conveyor for stacking on the leach pad.
The stockpile on the leach pad is irrigated via a piping system. The liquor is collected and transferred to the to a carbon absorption, elution, electrowinning, and smelting plant to produce a gold doré product.
The project was completed safely and LTI free.
