Thank you to everyone who attended our annual MACA Cancer 200 Charity Golf Day!
It was a tee-rific day on the pristine greens of Joondalup Resort as a full field of 216 players swung into action, flexing their golfing skills (or at least attempting to avoid the bushes) across an 18 hole Ambrose event.
After conquering the fairways, golfers gathered for a fundraising dinner where team prizes were awarded, and generosity was put on display during evening auctions.
MACA Area Project Manager and evening MC Jim Cotton said the commitment and generosity of our sponsors is unwavering.
“We take immense joy in bringing together fellow industry professionals, uniting under the common cause of supporting the fight against cancer.
“This year we raised an incredible $165,645, the largest the date, which speaks volumes to the support of our sponsors and participants.
“Whilst we’re out on the green enjoying the sun and camaraderie, we never forget the importance of the cause we are supporting. Cancer affects everyone in one way or another, and I hope one day it will be a thing of the past,” said Jim.
Congratulations to our winning teams – ESN Group (first place), RIMEX (second place), and Allstate Kerbing & Concrete (third place).

A special thank you to Kalamunda Toyota for donating a Toyota Corolla Hybrid as the hole-in-one prize, which remained unclaimed this year – better luck next year golfers.
A huge thank you to our generous sponsors. You’re the best, by par!
