Apprenticeship

You could be fresh out of school or up for a career shift. Getting a four-year nationally recognised trade cert is something that sets you up for the life you want. Get your foot in the door while you get qualified on the tools.

TRADE UP

SELF DEVELOPMENT

Or to put it in corporate lingo, it’s our incentivised self-development program. Basically, you get trained to become a specialist in your field. It’s a way to get out from the masses in your trade and become an expert. You could even move into leadership roles and grow your career that way.

ULTRA-CLASS MACHINES

Here’s the thing about site: it’s only good if you’ve got good gear (and a decent crew to work with). At MACA, we’re playing with ultra-class machines. We’ve got all major OEM’s, Liebherr R9800 to R9150s, Komatsu 830E to HD1500s, Caterpillar MT4400 to 785s, and Hitachi EH4000 to EH3500s. It’s the kind of kit you brag about.
